If you have always wanted to be able to offer an online program, this is your chance to get it done!
This is a hands-on program that will walk you through the process of planning your course, creating the content, and building the infrastructure for selling your knowledge online. Together, we will set up everything so that, in the end, you will be able to market, sell and deliver your program to anyone, anywhere.
Where do you want your participants to end up? And how are you going to get them there? Answer key questions about the structure of your online program. Give your course a title and it's own brand. By the end of month one, you'll have a blueprint to follow for the next steps.
Next it's time to create the content for your program. Determine the format(s) you will use. Create your modules, worksheets and supporting materials. Strategize and write course communications that will keep people engaged. We'll provide the support and resources you need to get it done!
Finally, you will build your course! We will be walking through the process step-by-step in a platform called Simplero, one of the best options out there for small businesses -- or choose your own. Set up your course page, email sequence, and product order form. And make sure the whole thing works from beginning to end!

There will be two hands-on training sessions monthly that can be done in person or on Zoom. There will be two additional Zoom meetings for specific questions, feedback, and progress checks. Everything will be recorded and saved on the program page.
Engage in live, hand-on sessions and ask questions along the way. Work through the entire process with your course-creation partner. Ask the group for help or feedback anytime on the commuity page. Get the support you need to finally Get It Done!

What is the schedule?
There will be two group meetings per month, which will be every-other Monday beginning September 11, 2017 from 10:30AM-noon Central Time. Some of the meetings will have an in-person option for those in SE Wisconsin. All meetings will be availble online via Zoom and will be recorded and put on the program page, so don't worry - you won't miss out!
How much time will it take?
This will depend somewhat on the scope of the program you want to create, as well as how you choose to implement it. But plan for at least a few hours per week to complete the assignments in addition to the hands-on meetings.
What resources are needed?
To have a fully automated and functonal course, you will need a platform that meets all the requirements. I will be walking through the process in Simplero, which you can set-up free for 30 days. There is a cost associated with maintaining a program like Simplero once you launch your course (You can see the pricing here). Creating your content may require other resources, such as video recording, graphic design services, or video conferencing. We will go over options along the way to keep your course development manageable and on-brand.
